Emflower is represented as 'We', 'Us' or 'Our' throughout the duration of this text.


We ship anywhere worldwide. If there are no shipping options available once you have entered the shipping address, please contact Us to trouble shoot this issue.

Orders that are submitted online are shipped within 3 business days. We use both carbon neutral shipping via Sendle and also Australia Post. All of Our orders are shipped in either compostable mailing bags or cardboard boxes.

The shipping cost is calculated by order weight and size. Free shipping is available in Australia for orders $85 and over.

60 Day Guarantee

Once your order is delivered to you, if you are not happy with the quality of Our products, you can return the item to Us within 60 days of placing the original order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back to Us in the original packaging it was shipped in.

To initiate a return, please email Us at hello@emflower.com.au. The email address used to request the return from must be the same email address that the order was placed with.

Once You have emailed to initiated a Return, We will send you the return mailing address to send your returned items.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of product for the item returned, a credit to the card used for the original method of payment for the item, or another remedy that We determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, send an email to hello@emflower.com.au quoting the order number shown on the purchase receipt that was emailed to you.

If you send the cancellation email before the order has been shipped, it will be cancelled immediately and the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

To cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it to Us.

Damaged Goods

If the goods received are damaged, do not work, or work differently than advertised by Us, then you are entitled to either a refund of the item, or exchange the item with another. If this is the case, please send Us an image of the damaged or defunct item to hello@emflower.com.au, and let Us know whether you would like a refund or exchange. Both refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days.


If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
